Begining on 2021 all users who register during the 2020 period must begin using their full email as their User Name. If you had previously use a simple user name su ch as (ej. johndoe) you must now use your entire email as user name (ej. johndoe@your-email.com). Data validation Error occur when incorrect data or values are entered into the 410 reporting form cells where BTU/Hr are expected. Enter only numeric values between 0 to 10,000,000 BTU/Hr in the cells defined for this purpose en the reporting forms.

Your edit and access priviledges will depend on the role defined when your register to the system for the first time. If you don’t have access priviledges to sections on the system or cannot access the Edit functions of some records you need to contact support@stsapps.com and request changes to your User Profile. Only system administrators can modify your user account.
